Their first date was here, which made it the obvious place to begin photographing this chapter too. Ahead of their wedding, we spent an afternoon moving through the park with a fashion-editorial approach—letting the architecture, scale, and unmistakable character of Fenway frame the two of them without turning the session into a literal interpretation of the location.

The field. The stands. The dugout. Red brick and concrete. Empty rows of seats. Details that feel unmistakably Boston.

In the dugout, we had another piece of the city’s history with us: the World Series trophies. Allison and Brian chose the 2004 trophy, and we photographed her engagement ring suspended from it—a small, precise detail against something monumental.

It is the kind of image that only works because of the people and place behind it.

Fenway was followed by their Winthrop session, giving us an entirely different visual language for the same chapter. Together, the two sessions feel less like traditional engagement photography and more like a portrait of the places that have become part of their relationship.

Now the wedding is next.

But before that, there was Fenway.
